The handles are not attached when you receive the bag. The PROBLEM is there are No pieces to attach the handles TO the Bag. I have a bag and two handles with no means of putting them on the bag!??? Make it make sense!Sent a bag that has absolutely no handles. Not sure how I am supposed to use it as a beach bag.
